The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Raceday Stewards that Armillary trained by Miss Tara Lee Cogan was found to be a gelding and not a colt as shown on the passport presented. Having considered the report, the Raceday Stewards fined the trainer €130 in accordance with the provisions of Rule 148(xii).

J. Smith, rider of Goodgollymissholly, trained by Gordon Elliott, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount suffered interference from the second last.

R. Deegan, rider of Rosarian, trained by Josh Halley, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount stumbled turning in.

Kevin Healy, rider of Needs Must, trained by Gordon Elliott, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was very keen.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Jupiter Du Gite (FR), trained by T.Hogan, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

C.M Hogan, rider of Camlin Park, trained by John C. McConnell, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never travelled.

K.C. Sexton, rider of Sound Judgement, trained by Gordon Elliott, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount stopped quickly.

C.P. Millar, rider of Affinity Rock, trained by Cian Collins, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount stopped quickly.

A. Balfe, rider of Joya Del Mar, trained by Dermot Anthony McLoughlin, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never travelled.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Affinity Rock, trained by Cian Collins, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

Kevin Healy, rider of Kilashee, trained by John Patrick Ryan, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung right from the third last to the finish.

The Raceday Stewards requested a report from V. T. O'Brien, trainer, as to the apparent improvement in form of Swing Time, placed first, as compared with its recent form. The trainer reported that the return to fences may have brought about the apparent improvement in form. Having considered the report the Raceday Stewards noted its contents.

P.J. Cody, rider of Poppycon, trained by Eoin Doyle, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never travelled.

The following Raceday Stewards acted on behalf of the Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board at this race meeting: Mr. P. Allen (Chairman), Mr. N.C. McCarthy, Mr. N. Rooney, Mr. R. Mahon, Mr. H.T. Hynes.

For this race meeting, the Raceday Stewards suspended the ‘Starting Procedures for Tape Starts’, and the IHRB suspended Rule 208 (i) and Rule 209 (i).
